Hear-Hear Wendy Moore! Such a badass and focused athlete. Wendy is an amazing member of our community. She is always crushing her goals and always works hard when it’s time for 3-2-1 Go! Her attitude is so genuine & coachable, and she is just fun to be around (Coach Toby can vouch for that 😃).

2. How old are you? Old enough
 
3. Where did you grow up? Boise, Idaho
 
4. When did you become a member at Crossfit East Tucson? Right about 2 years ago
 
5. What type of program or exercise/s were you doing before you tried Crossfit? I liked to run.
 
6. What is your profession? I work as an admin at UA
 
7. What else do you like to do outside of Crossfit East Tucson? (Hobbies and likes) traveling, playing with the kid, and spending time with family
 
8. How did you find out about Crossfit East Tucson? A neighbor
 
9. When did you first know that Crossfit is right for you? Still deciding
 
10. What is your least favorite WOD or movement and why?
 
Overhead squats because I have no mobility in my left ankle
 
11. What is your favorite WOD or movement?
 
Pulls ups because it’s the one movement I can do
 
12. Brag about yourself. Since you have been in CFET, we have seen your growth as an athlete. Tell us about your journey.
 
It’s been fun. I really hope to be able to do a muscle up some day.
 
13. Do you know FRAN? Yes. If you do, how do you feel about her and what is your time?
 
I don’t really care for her. Maybe 7 min ish.
 
14. What or who motivates you during your WODs? The dream to be skinny
 
15. What is that one thing you thought you could never do at CFET but succeeded to get it done?
 
Still waiting on that muscle up
 
16. Tell us something about yourself that not a lot of people know about? The weirder the better. 🙂
 
I was a surrogate for my sister.

Don’t cherry pick your WODs. (Aaron!!!)

My husband and then Matt Fraser
