Barbell Complex x 5 reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets

The Barbell Complex:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead

*The barbell should never rest on the floor and if it does, you have to do 10 burpees before picking it up again. Pick a weight you can manage the entire set. If you need to rest, before or after the back squat is the best place to do so. Be careful bringing it down on the back of your neck! Pitch your chest forward just a bit when you do this so that you can land it on your upper back/traps and not your neck bone
