15-20 Knee Hyper-Extensions (Sit on a box with 1 leg straight, place both hands slightly above the knee and apply mild downward pressure)

15-20 Voodoo Floss Knee Flexion

-Wrap Voodoo floss above and below the knee [do not cover the knee cap] with moderate compression

-Flex the knee (This can be through air squats, lunges, step ups, etc.)
